Tim Duke

Tim is the President of Duke Dynamics.  He was the President and CEO of Steel of West Virginia from 1996 - 2017.  He is a recognized expert on profit improvement and M&A in the metals industry.

Tim holds a BS from Penn State University, an MBA from Duquesne University, and is a licensed CPA.  Tim has over 40 years of progressive experience in leading industrial businesses and growing profits through organic initiatives and acquisitions.

Highlights of Tim's Experience:

• Public company CEO and Board Member

• Led the IPO of Steel of West Virginia, Inc.

• Acquired Marshall Steel in Memphis, TN

• Implemented advanced automation and robotics in steel production and value-added fabrication

• Opened a state-of-the-art galvanizing plant

• Negotiated union contracts

• Identified and launched new products in niche markets
